Wholesale Customers

We now have a wholesales catalog available online. In order to access the catalog you will need to type in a user name and password which can be obtained through Joann Lysiak Designs. Please contact us via email or phone with your store info including resale number. Once verified we will forward the codes to you. Our order minimum is $350 and shipping time is 2-3 weeks. We will be happy to assist you in any way through the order process.


Order Process

To personalize your experience, please contact us at (773)296-4848 to place your order. We will review your selection and assist you with your purchase. You may also fax your order to (773)296-1955. We accept Visa or MasterCard.


Shipping and Handling

Your order will be sent out UPS ground for an additional charge depending on size of order and location. Completion date on orders may vary depending on item. Date will be verified upon order placement.


Return Policy

Joann Lysiak designs are custom made to order. However if you are unhappy with your selection you have seven days of receipt to return your order. Merchandise in its original condition can be returned for an exchange or credit card refund less shipping charge. No exchanges or returns will be given after that date. A copy of your invoice must accompany your return and must be sent back insured UPS.


Sales Tax

An 9% sale tax will be added to orders shipped within Illinois. Outside of Illinois there is no sales tax.
